    NEFT transfer - Available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible.

    1. We have a self return policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item and ship it to our address which will be informed to you in E-mail once you select the products to return on our Return panel. 2. Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery and fulfil any of the following conditions : - Item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition. - Item was not as per the image displayed on the website. 3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you. 4. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Mirraw.com. Any customs duty charged will not be covered by Mirraw.com and will be deducted from the refund amount. 5. You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product, or refund of money or coupon worth product amount, that you could use on future purchase from Mirraw. 6. Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item or Lingerie Set items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

    The shipping costs for
    returns are typically covered by our company. We provide reverse pick-up
    services across India for most areas.
    In cases where the
    product cannot be picked up due to being in a remote area or no service
    available, we request the customer to ship the product back to us. In such
    instances, we reimburse the shipping cost, up to a maximum of 100 INR.

  • What should I do in case of Debit Card / Credit Card Failure?
    In the case while making the payment, amount is debited and you get a cancellation email ,the amount is reversed back to your account within 72 hours . In case the amount is not reversed please contact us with the payment details so that we can check from our end

  • In how many days the returns will be accepted?

    Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • How and when will I get my refund?

    You will receive your
    refund once the pick-up is completed. For cash on delivery (COD) refunds, the
    amount can be transferred via NEFT or through the Cash free link.


    NEFT (National
    Electronic Funds Transfer) is a bank transfer method. You can upload your bank
    details while proceeding with returns.


    Cash free is a payment
    gateway that facilitates instant payments.


    To use the Cash free
    link:


    You'll receive the Cash
    free link via WhatsApp, email, or text message.


    Click on the link, and
    it will prompt you to verify how you want to proceed with the payment.

    There are two options:


    Bank: Upload your bank
    details and verify them with an OTP.


    GPay: Verify your
    registered contact number with an OTP, and the refund will reflect instantly in
    your account.


    Please Note the link
    will be valid for 7days


    For prepaid orders,
    refunds will be processed to the original source of payment. You can expect the
    refund to reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Which products are not eligible for returns?
    1. Sarees with stitched blouses
    2. Customized and personalized products 
    3. Standard stitching and accessories
    4. Home decor products
    5. Products purchased during the Clearance Sale
    6. All Islamic products (kaftan, abaya, etc.).
    7. Luxe Products.

    Returns for eligible products are subject to approval.

  • How does COD works?

    To pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), simply select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page during checkout.

    Please note, COD is available only in selected pincodes. Feel free to check if your location is eligible! 😊

  • Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

    If you don’t see the COD option on your payment page, it could be because our courier partners don’t support Cash on Delivery for your delivery address.

  • How can I return a product?

    notes in the provided note box.


    . If you received the
    wrong product or it arrived damaged, upload images as instructed.


    . Please note that
    wrong product, damage, or color mismatch will be investigated with our vendor.

    . Upon approval, the
    reverse pick-up will be confirmed within 48 to 72 hours.

    . Once the order is
    picked up, refund or wallet processing will occur as per our system.
